We deliver orders to your specified address with applicable shipping costs. Once your order is confirmed, we will process it promptly. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email with further details. Backordered items may take longer than 7 working days to arrive.
ORDER TRACKING
After completing your online purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. This email will also include a tracking link so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns will be accepted for faulty merchandise returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns due to a change of mind are not covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and repair, replacement, or refund for such cases is at our discretion.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your online receipt (emailed at the time of purchase) along with proof of purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition, including any tags, if applicable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Additionally, a valid photo ID matching the name on the order confirmation must be presented.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your product has a manufacturing fault, contact us immediately and return the item for inspection. Ensure the product is in its original packaging and include proof of purchase. After evaluation, we will determine whether the issue qualifies as a fault under the guarantee and provide a remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
If it is determined that the fault resulted from misuse, normal wear and tear, or environmental factors, we will notify you that the claim is not valid under the guarantee. In such cases, we can provide a quote for repair or replacement at your expense.
Regardless of the fault’s nature or severity, we will adhere to our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
